Contact information: The personal data processed by Fonville Legal primarily consists of the names and contact details of clients and business partners with whom Fonville Legal has communicated, in the context of provision of legal advice or cooperation on joint projects (this includes pro bono activities). PURPOSE. Processing your personal data enables Fonville Legal to provide legal services, to cooperate with you on joint projects, and to send you legal updates, invitations, or marketing communications. Fonville Legal may use your personal data to keep you informed of legal developments, events, new website features, or services that it believes may be of interest to you, provided that Fonville Legal has the necessary permission to do so (on the basis of either your consent, or Fonville Legal's legitimate interest in providing you with marketing communications where it may lawfully do so).

Fonville Legal practices law in three jurisdictions (New York, the Czech Republic, and England & Wales) and to enable the provision of legal services, personal data may be transferred within these jurisdictions, as well as the jurisdictions of its affiliated counsel. Fonville Legal has the same safeguards in place, and adheres to this Privacy Statement, regardless of the location in which it carries out work for its clients.
RETENTION. Fonville Legal will retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to provide you with the services that you have requested, or for as long as Fonville Legal reasonably requires for its lawful business purposes, such as for the purposes of exercising its legal rights or where it is required by law to retain such information.
YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT. You may request Fonville Legal to do any of the following:

erase the personal data it processes with respect to you;
